Seller and Buyer also agree that The Vehicle is being sold in an "AS IS WITH ALL FAULTS" condition, and Seller disclaims all Express Warranties, all Implied Warranties, including the Warranty of Fitness and the Warranty of Merchantability. Further, both Seller and Buyer state that Buyer or Buyer's agent has inspected The Vehicle prior to entering this agreement and Buyer has satisfied itself that The Vehicle is in such condition that they are willing to accept, notwithstanding the fact that The Vehicle may be in a non-operational condition and that Seller has made no representation whatsoever as to the quality or condition of The Vehicle. Buyer agrees that in no event will Seller be responsible to Buyer for Consequential Damage, any Loss of Use Damage, any Lost Profit or Lost Income damage with respect to the condition of, or any malfunctions or defect in The Vehicle. Further, the Buyer will, at its own sole expense, make any repair or correction of any defects that may be present in The Vehicle and be solely responsible for any restoration that may be desired by the Buyer.

Sale Agreement for Used VehicleIT IS HEREBY AGREED that DK CLASSIC CARS ApS, (hereinafter Seller), sells one (XX) (Hereinafter “The Vehicle”) and (XX), (hereinafter “Buyer”) aggress to purchase The Vehicle for the consideration of (XX) (Hereinafter “The Purchase Price”). The Purchase Price is to be paid to the Seller in certified funds by verified wire transfer to an account to be named at the Seller's bank. Full payment is due no later than 15 days and/or before delivery unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Seller and Buyer agree that delivery will not accrue until such time and at such time as Seller has received the full Purchase Price in its account and Buyer's bank clears such funds. All parties agree that the sale is completed at the time of Delivery and Delivery will transpire on the date of payment. All payments are non-refundable as of the date the payment is made.
